Grounds Technician
About The Position
Grounds and Common Area Maintenance position will be at our Jackson apartment communities. The position responsibilities require but are not limited to: Completes basic service tasks Pulling weeds, laying mulch, trimming trees and shrubs Interior/exterior light checks Performs grounds maintenance including picking up trash, cleaning hallways and pressure washing Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor Performs all other duties as assigned. This position is responsible for performing necessary maintenance duties and implementing preventive maintenance procedures. Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities
