About The Position

About the Role: This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of outdoor grounds, parking areas, hardscape, and landscape spaces. What you'll do: Mow, trim, and edge lawns and landscaped areas. Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf. Remove weeds, leaves, trash, and debris from grounds, walkways, and parking areas. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, UTV, ATV, and small tractors. Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting walkways, and leaf removal. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs. Perform minor repairs to fences, signs, sidewalks, and outdoor fixtures. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and supplies as needed. Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment in safe working condition. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors. Requirements

• 2 years’ experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude
• Basic knowledge of typical office software suite
