Requirements

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and required physical testing.

Responsibilities

Daily trash pickup, remove pet waste as needed.
Clean curbs, sidewalks, carports, and parking lots (sweeping or blowing).
Pull weeds, spray weeds in parking lots and sidewalks, deadhead flowers, and water landscaping.
Maintain rain gardens and flowerpots.
Seasonal landscaping: spring/fall bed clean-ups, trimming shrubs, laying mulch.
Assist with basic service tasks as assigned.
Support apartment turnover preparation, including light painting.
Perform touch-up painting on doors, trim, posts, and similar surfaces.
Clean dryer vents.
Support dumpster corral clean-up and minor repairs.
Perform interior and exterior light checks.
Wipe down frequently touched surfaces (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.).
Deep clean building hallways and common areas on a scheduled basis.
Salt walkways and ADA parking areas.
Assist with sidewalk snow removal and touch-up after vendor services.
