Requirements

• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Dexterity required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job.

• Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and time off.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Basic understanding of RubberTesting.net [//RubberTesting.net].
• Proficient at building or repairing a ground cable including logging, disassembly, cleaning, repairing and testing without oversight or guidance while maintaining a high-quality standard.
• May be required to go out on change outs.
• Experience working in a results-oriented, team environment.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to enter data into computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other CTOS facilities.
• Process requests of Ground Lead in an accurate and timely manner.
• Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Ground Lead.
• Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.
• Provide high quality workmanship.
• Various projects as assigned.
