Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
- Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and required physical testing.
Responsibilities
- Daily trash pickup, remove pet waste as needed.
- Clean curbs, sidewalks, carports, and parking lots (sweeping or blowing).
- Pull weeds, spray weeds in parking lots and sidewalks, deadhead flowers, and water landscaping.
- Maintain rain gardens and flowerpots. Seasonal landscaping: spring/fall bed clean-ups, trimming shrubs, laying mulch.
- Assist with basic service tasks as assigned.
- Support apartment turnover preparation, including light painting.
- Perform touch-up painting on doors, trim, posts, and similar surfaces.
- Clean dryer vents.
- Support dumpster corral clean-up and minor repairs.
- Perform interior and exterior light checks.
- Wipe down frequently touched surfaces (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.).
- Deep clean building hallways and common areas on a scheduled basis.
- Salt walkways and ADA parking areas.
- Assist with sidewalk snow removal and touch-up after vendor services.
