Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Grounds Tech I is required to perform various grounds duties in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires a complete knowledge of cleaning, standard principles, methods, practices, techniques, tools, and equipment used in the maintenance/grounds keeping industry. May need to prepare and maintain reports/records and will establish priorities and time management. Driver's License is required for the position. Some landscaping or custodial experience preferred.
