Job Description Maintains grounds of property and related duties. As Grounds Person, you will: Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work Empty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway Sweep curbs and sidewalks Clean grounds and remove litter Empty trash cans in the public area building Empty dumpsters Operate trash compactor Break down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers Leave work area in a clean, neat and safe condition To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid TN drivers license in order to operate company golf cart
  • Follow instructions without close supervision
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
