About The Position

The Grounds Mower position is responsible for maintaining all mowing, trimming, weeding, and other grounds-related tasks to a professional standard. This role is essential in ensuring that the outdoor areas of the properties are well-kept and presentable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in mowing/grounds maintenance preferred
• Valid Driver's license
• Independent, self-motivated
• Efficient with zero turn mower
• Efficient with grounds maintenance tools

Responsibilities

• Mowing TJ properties as needed
• Trimming TJ properties as needed
• Weeding and spraying for weeds
• Management of outdoor trash cans
• Snow removal
• Any other outdoor need TJ properties may require
