About The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Grounds & Landscape Manager to lead all grounds and landscape operations for our campus. This pivotal leadership role combines people management, operational planning, sustainability, safety compliance, and strategic landscape stewardship. The Grounds & Landscape Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing maintenance programs while fostering a culture of excellence, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing grounds, landscape, or similar operations.
- Supervisory experience with workforce planning and performance management.
- Working knowledge of irrigation design/maintenance.
- Licensed for pesticide/herbicide application per regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Turfgrass Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Valid South Carolina driver's license.
- Experience in sustainable landscape practices and eco-friendly design.
