Requirements

• High school degree preferred.
• Some experience in lawn care helpful.
• Ability to operate various lawn care machinery including mowers and edgers.
• Good communication skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage and supervise the grounds crew and workload.
• Prepare trucks for the day by loading gas cans, mowers, and other equipment.
• Perform groundskeeping on properties including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and chain saws.
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, and weeding.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Snow removal and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
