About The Position

The Grounds Manager at Uline is responsible for maintaining the expansive 190-acre site and 97 acres of manicured turf at the Pennsylvania facility. This role focuses on comprehensive landscape management, ensuring the grounds meet high standards akin to a golf course. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend projects, allowing for a work-life balance while contributing to the beautification of the corporate environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate/diploma in turf management preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in golf course management, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to learn and increase knowledge of landscaping techniques and methods at Uline standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the 190-acre site and 97 acres of manicured turf through comprehensive landscape management.
• Identify a variety of plants and their features proficiently.
• Maintain general and technical knowledge of irrigation, pond, and prairie maintenance.
• Manage and track budgets, vendors, deliveries, planting, and removal of all seasonal plant material.
• Perform landscape audits and produce written reports.
