About The Position

We are currently looking for seasonal Team Members for the upcoming 2026 golf season. GreatLIFE is a Team Member owned company committed to enriching the lives of families and individuals through golf, fitness and healthy lifestyles. We believe in the power of connection. The role of Grounds Maintenance is integral in providing exceptional service to our Members. This position requires an individual who is not only pleasant, friendly, and outgoing but also enthusiastic about creating meaningful relationships with our Members and guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their membership. Requirements

• Perform duties with a positive attitude and professionalism
• Be able to work within a team
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Dedicated to improving your own skills and knowledge
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors
• Operate grounds equipment ( mowers, string trimmers, etc.)
