About The Position

B&A Property Maintenance is looking for an experience Grounds Maintenance Superintendent to lead crews, keep projects running smoothly, and deliver high-quality outdoor spaces our clients love. Operate and oversee the safe use of assets, equipment and tools. Communicate upstream and downstream effectively. Accurately complete and submit timesheets, plus submit receipts to office for purchases. Ability to navigate email and software for various job and fleet tracking purposes.

Requirements

  • Previous industry experience in grounds maintenance (minimum 3 years required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Prior leadership or minimum foreman experience
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to navigate email and job tracking software
  • Ability to both Lead and Follow with humility and ambition.
