About The Position

This position will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds; keeping them in a safe and working order.

Principle Contacts Inside/Outside the Company
This position will be interacting with other maintenance personnel, manufacturing engineers, management, and other company employees.

Requirements

• Must be trustworthy and maintain the security of the facility
• Must be an effective communicator
• Detail oriented
• Ability to follow instructions, work well with others and also alone
• Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 years of experience in a related trade

Nice To Haves

• Any Building and Grounds Certificates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Fixing facility plumbing (faucets, toilet, urinals and drains)
• Fixing facility Roof Leaks
• Painting
• Dry walling repairs and ceiling repairs
• Reading the meters daily
• Fixing outside lighting
• Installing flooring
• Inspecting emergency lighting monthly
• Inspecting fire extinguishers monthly
• Removing snow and spreading salt
• Weeding and mulching flower beds
• Mowing the lawn
• Any additional items as assigned by manager
