About The Position

Grounds Maintenance Engineer
Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into lush, vibrant landscapes? We’re seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Engineer to maintain and enhance our beautiful grounds.

The Grounds Maintenance Engineer performs all Grounds Maintenance functions within approved guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prefer to have one year experience in grounds crew maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operates company vehicles as required.
• Perform grounds keeping maintenance, mow by hand or riding mower, trim around walkways, flower beds and walls.
• Perform landscape maintenance, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and bushes. Trim, water and fertilize, rake, mulch and prune.
• Keep sidewalks swept and free of debris and shovel snow and apply ice melt in the winter.
• Setting up and tearing down of special events.
• Responsible for keeping maintenance buildings clean and secure as well as surrounding yard area.
• Responsible for all general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the barn area as directed by immediate supervisor.
