About The Position

We are hiring Grounds Maintenance people for our busy summer season. This job starts in April/May and ends in September/October. Our ideal applicant believes in teamwork, has good attention to detail, can interact well with homeowners and guests, and can safely operate machinery, equipment, and power tools.

Grounds Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds. Duties include common area lawn mowing, weeding, blowing, and fertilizing, driving company vehicles, and assisting the department wherever needed. You must be able to work outdoors in any weather conditions.

Pay is from $20.00/hr., based on skills and experience. This is a seasonal, full-time position working 40 hrs/wk, with a 4x10 schedule. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers’ license (any state) and clean driving record, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.

All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
