About The Position

This position is responsible for entry-level, non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. These positions will be based at the Tyson facility and involve standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching above shoulder height. Candidates must be able and willing to lift, push, pull, or carry 50 pounds or more. The position requires working outdoors in extreme hot and/or cold environments. Duties include the use of lawnmowers, weed eaters, sprayers, and snow shovels. Former Tyson employees are subject to a 180-day rehire waiting period and a three-time rehire limit. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
