About The Position

The Grounds Keeper at Warren Oil Company is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the property using various hand and power tools. This role involves a variety of tasks including pressure washing, assisting environmental technicians, and collecting trash, ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts and trucks.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a group to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and hedge trimmers.
• Power wash exterior areas as part of facility housekeeping.
• Maintain or repair tools, equipment, or structures using hand or power tools.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify problems or defects.
• Pick up debris and collect garbage from exterior trash cans daily.
