About The Position

Repairs and performs preventative maintenance on all types of landscape equipment and vehicles in and around the maintenance shop yard. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages inspection and repair work order system. Maintains repair and maintenance records for all company equipment, vehicles, trailers and tools. Ensures that all vehicles, trailer and equipment inspection reports are completed according to the Company policy and all applicable federal/state/local requirements. Schedules repairs and preventative maintenance though the existing work order system. Coordinates with shop manager to prioritize projects. Coordinates with shop manager to complete periodic yard and asset inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance in shop and yard. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior experience with electric motors, changing blades and tires, and small engines.
Five years of experience in mechanical repair of landscape related equipment with emphasis on managing multiple technicians.
