About The Position

Upkeep and continuous improvement of the entire plant site with a focus on the visual appearance of the division. Responsibilities Plant site maintenance that includes, but not limited to: Mowing / grounds maintenance Road cleaning & watering Grounds crew equipment maintenance Trash collection Landscaping Snow / ice removal Spill response Misc. site improvements and mill assistance Normally scheduled for M-F daylight but must respond to hazardous weather conditions during nights / weekends .

Requirements

• Focus on site safety with specific attention to hazardous site conditions & traffic concerns
• Must become certified to operate a variety of mobile equipment
• Must complete annual DOT, HAZWOPER and RCRA training with environmental for spill response
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Heavy equipment experience
• Good mechanical skills
