The Grounds Crew position at Jacksonville Baseball LLC involves assisting in the maintenance of the playing surface at Vystar Ballpark. This part-time, seasonal role is essential for ensuring the field is in optimal condition for games and practices, requiring individuals who are motivated and able to work in various weather conditions.

Assist in maintaining the playing surface at Vystar Ballpark including turf areas, infield dirt, mound and home plate areas, bullpens, and warning track.
Assist with Batting Practice setup & breakdown and field prep for Jumbo Shrimp games.
Assist with installing and removing the field tarp quickly, efficiently and in all weather-related situations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong time-management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and able to professionally interact with coaches, players and team personnel.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
Ability to work outside and in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50lbs and pull/push 75 lbs.
Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights based on schedule.
