About The Position

Racine Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members to join our team April through November! This is a perfect opportunity for motivated and dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and want to be part of maintaining one of the area’s most beautiful and well-kept golf courses.

Requirements

Are at least 18 years old.
Can reliably work early mornings (5:00 AM start in summer) and alternate weekends.
Enjoy physical work and being outdoors in all weather conditions.
Have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and show up on time.
Can lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment.
Work well with others and bring a positive attitude every day.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Have landscaping or groundskeeping experience (a plus, but not required).
Have a basic understanding of golf course operations (also a plus).

Responsibilities

Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
Operating and maintaining a variety of groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
Raking bunkers, repairing divots, and aerating greens.
Helping with irrigation maintenance and special landscaping projects.
Assisting in tournament setups and course enhancements.
Keeping the course clean and presentable for members and guests.
Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment.
