Requirements

1-3 years experience
Valid NC Driver’s License (Good Record)
Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively
Experience: 1-3 years of professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
Leadership: A strong work ethic and the ability to motivate others while managing time wisely on the job.
Driving Credentials: A valid NC Driver's License and a clean driving record (this is a must for this role).
Physical Strength: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Hands-On Landscaping: Perform expert mowing, mulching, edging, and planting of sod to maintain "magazine-ready" properties.
Drive for Success: Safely operate company vehicles and professional-grade equipment between various job sites.
Quality Control: Ensure all tools are maintained and sites are left clean and professional at the end of every shift.
