About The Position

We’re seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Grounds Crew Leader! If you love working outdoors and have a talent for turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes, this is the job for you! The Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Location: Salisbury, NC Pay: $18 to $21.50 per hour What You'll Do: ✔ Leadership: Provide support and guidance to the Grounds Team. Assign daily tasks and communicate regularly with Account Manager ✔ Groundskeeping: Remove trash & debris, mow, edge, power wash and more to maintain campus appearance ✔ Equipment Operation: Safely operate vehicles, mowers, trimmers, blowers & other landscaping equipment ✔ Seasonal Maintenance: Leaf removal, gutter cleaning, snow clearing…no seasonal layoffs! ✔ Moving & Delivery: Assist with dorm flips and furniture moves on campus. Requirements

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
