About The Position
WORK in PARADISE: This luxury 4 1/2 acre private Island resort, includes 15 bungalows, spa, bar lounge, and fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Little Palm Island redefines working in paradise. The JOB: We are looking for a new team member who will keep up with the lush foliage along the meandering crushed coral paths of this magnificent asset. As a member of the Grounds team, your friendly, energetic personality will be a part of the team responsible for maintaining the grounds of this tropical Island to include planting, trimming, raking and all grounds landscape needs as required. Requirements
- To be successful in this position, you are one who thrives on being a member of a team focused on providing an amazing experience for our guests, especially ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space
- This role requires a proactive individual with an attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, all with a big smile.
- You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
- Ability to work in the FL Keys climate a must.
