About The Position

The position is responsible for the assistance and maintenance of projects, lawn work, and various other duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some High School Education acceptable.
• Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.
• Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, backhoe, zero turn mover, standup mover, and snowplow.
• Use of certain cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
• 3-5 years of grounds and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Removes trash from all shop.
• Operates floor scrubber.
• Handles miscellaneous yard work.
• Handles all removal of snow in the winter through the use of a snowplow and distribution of salt.
• Handles miscellaneous janitorial work.
• Performs various maintenance projects such as painting, lighting, and other various tasks.
• Performs other duties as directed.
