About The Position
Inspects, report malfunctions, and makes minor repairs to equipment and physical facilities. Assists in construction and renovation projects.
Requirements
- HS/GED preferred.
- Technical training in health care environment on equipment and utilities preferred.
- One year experience or comparable combination of education and experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to use grounds equipment.
- Ability to maintain records.
- Ability to complete all documentation requirements.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
