About The Position

Westcott Apartments is looking for a Dependable Full-Time Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper is a key player in providing awesome curb appeal and a stunning overall appearance of the property for our current and potential residents. They are responsible for the daily cleaning of laundry rooms, maintenance shop, dumpster area, clubhouse/leasing center. They are also responsible for ongoing trash/debris removal daily on the property and parking areas and common areas. Help maintain lawns and planning areas to achieve the best curb appeal for the property. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance.
