At Vantor, you’ll work with the U.S. Space Force as part of the effort to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. Within this role, you will support a broad spectrum of Systems Engineering and Integration functions, including engaging with multiple performers and government organizations to aid in the delivery and configuration management of Relay Ground Station site engineering, NGG integration, NIO C2 Integration, and MEO/pLEO Integration. Your functional expertise, communication and collaboration skills, and attention to detail will be vital as you contribute to the acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities. Requirements

• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, Math or related technical degree
• A strong track record of 6-7 years Systems Engineer experience. Must include ground systems as well.
• Working with leadership to scope out future actions and requirements - thrive in nebulous and chaotic environment
• Strong System Engineer/Integration Engineer who understand the technical baseline of the system and can support tech baseline documentation processes.
• Can work with team on requirements management and Enterprise Resource Board Management
• Can work onsite at Los Angeles Air Force Base at least 2-3 days weekly to work with leadership team
• Expected on site in El Segundo at least 3x per week.
• Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach (CAMEO)
• Experience with physical and virtual networking
• Knowledge of ground systems equipment engineering processes
• Knowledge of missile warning mission and SBIRS
• DoD SCI Clearance
