About The Position

EMR is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team in Camden, NJ. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas across our EMR locations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways to ensure a clean environment.
• Eliminate graffiti and unwanted posters from light posts, trashcans, and fences on EMR properties.
• Perform weed abatement to keep all EMR properties looking neat and well-maintained.
• Report broken infrastructure and graffiti on private properties to the appropriate parties.
• Submit daily written reports detailing completed tasks and accomplishments.
• Carry out other assigned duties as necessary.
