About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Ground Laborer to join our team at the asphalt plant in Gravette, AR. This position plays a key role in supporting plant operations by performing general labor tasks, assisting with equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction or related industry
• Ability to operate small equipment (e.g. skid steer) safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working at an asphalt plant is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor duties around asphalt plant, including loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, and cleanup
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• Operate small equipment such as skid steers and other light machinery as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
