About The Position
The Carilion Clinic Patient Transportation (CCPT) Ground/Ambulance Operations Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision for CCPT ground, air, and communications center operations, including Clinical Team Leaders. Communicates, organizes, prioritizes, leads, facilitates, and problem-solves with other members of Carilion's leadership and patient care teams to ensure the delivery of safe, cost-effective, age appropriate, and high-quality patient care services. Promotes employee engagement and service excellence. Position will be based in Rocky Mount, VA, but may require travel to all Carilion Clinic Patient Transportation (CCPT) divisions in Pearisburg, Lexington, Hardy, Radford, and Roanoke, VA.
