Responsibilities

• Protect company assets from internal and external theft.
• Observe and report potential safety and security hazards.
• Focus on people safety in stores and execute safety programs.
• Foster relationships with community organizations and emergency responders.
• Discreetly observe customers, vendors, and employees to prevent loss.
• Coordinate and manage Closed-Circuit Television systems and security measures.
• Navigate medical emergencies and fire alarms using problem-solving skills.
• Respond to emergency situations and make decisions affecting safety.
• Conduct investigations and surveillances under guidance.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and customers.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
