About The Position

Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a Part-Time Grocery Stocker to join their team! The Grocery Team Member’s primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, receiving and stocking all dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items, and ensuring accurate product signage throughout the department. The position requires collaboration with the Grocery Department Head and involves assisting at the front end by scanning customers' groceries and completing transactions efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) to read product labels and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift, grip, and carry objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stoop, squat, and kneel to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Ability to walk short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Prolonged standing is required.
• Ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receive and stock all dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items.
• Stock and handle product following guidelines for time and temperature demands.
• Rotate back stock on a first-in first-out basis.
• Work in collaboration with the Grocery Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department.
• Understand KWF inventory management practices.
• Assist the front end by scanning customers' groceries and completing all transactions efficiently.
• Carefully and efficiently bag groceries.
