About The Position

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team. As part of our family, you'll support our reputable, well-known grocery client. We'll get you up to speed quickly with our online training and learning materials. Representatives work both independently and as part of a great team!

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 7 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
