About The Position

The Grocery Reset Merchandiser position at CROSSMARK involves supporting grocery clients by merchandising, resetting, and restocking specific sections of the store. This role requires effective communication with store management and personnel, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive training to ensure success in the role.

Requirements

• Must be available Monday - Thursday starting at 5 AM (approx. 7 hours of work per day).
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Daily access to a mobile device and familiarity with mobile applications.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently and 30lbs on occasion.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with planograms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and restock cookie and cracker isles/sections of the store.
• Communicate effectively with store management and personnel.
• Upload visit information and photos to a designated application through your mobile device.
