Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and record keeping.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse or grocery replenishment roles.
• Knowledge of handheld scanning devices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Inspect products for damage or expiration and remove any items that do not meet quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently to move inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet daily replenishment targets.
