About The Position
The Receiving Associate plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and organized handling of high-volume deliveries within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory accuracy across departments. Requirements
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Strong attention to detail, math, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated with strong time management
- 18+ with reliable transportation
- English proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments
- Track inventory and match deliveries to purchase orders
- Inspect for damages and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage and clean receiving areas
- Support operations, vendor communication, and supply management
- Complete receiving logs and assist with basic admin tasks
