POSITION SUMMARY: The Grocery Overnight Clerk is responsible for stocking shelves with received merchandise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience and forklift experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be available to work 10pm-6am
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Process freight delivery
- Creates new displays sets end caps, stocks shelves, zone/face all isles
- Sorts grocery merchandise assigning labels and price tags
- Ensure replenishment of sold merchandise
- Monitor shelf life of merchandise ensuring proper rotation when needed
- Maintaining inventory in stockroom
- Prominently display promotional merchandise
- Maintaining reports for overages, shortages and damages
- Other duties as assigned
