  • Direct the operation of the Grocery Department, including Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer.
  • Supervise and train department personnel.
  • Manage ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Handle customer relations and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Implement company and division merchandising policies.
  • Control shrink and prevent sale of out-of-code products.
  • Open and close the store; act as backup checker when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and security policies.
  • Implement emergency procedures for equipment or software malfunctions.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
