Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Availability to work between 32-39 hours/week
Availability to work between 12 pm - 10 pm
Ability to work in cold and hot environments (e.g., coolers, freezers, outdoors)
Ability to lift/carry 5-70 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
Ability to push/pull 5-2,000 lbs.
Proficiency in equipment operation: Pallet Jack, Box Cutter, Baler, Compactor, Ladders (with proper training), Radio/phone
Ability to ensure quality and safety
Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
Ability to work independently
Interest in product knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both coworkers and customers

Responsibilities

Keep the department stocked and organized so that customers can easily find the products they are looking for
Educate customers on items they may not know about, demonstrating an interest in product knowledge
Build strong relationships with both coworkers and customers to create a welcoming and helpful environment
