The position involves performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity.   • Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
  • Promote a high level of morale within department and store.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other department managers.
  • Comply with all company policies, programs, and directives.
  • Provide professional examples for other store team members.
  • Bag guests’ purchases promptly and efficiently.
  • Carry purchases to guests' automobiles in a friendly manner.
  • Fill all bag slots and supplies necessary for efficient front-end operations.
  • Assist with price checks and go-backs.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and 'sweep sheet' duties.
  • Keep the parking lot clear of carts and return them to proper store location.
  • Follow safety policies regarding cart retrieval.
  • Turn in any tips received to the service desk.
  • No licenses required.
  • Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Minimum age of 16 years; 21 years required to sell tobacco products and/or alcohol.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions.
