About The Position
As a Grocery Clerk at Food 4 Less, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. You will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Embracing the Customer 1st strategy, you will encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
