About The Position
To provide excellent customer service and maintain a well-stocked and organized grocery department.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous grocery or retail experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with groceries, ensuring proper rotation and facing.
- Assist customers with locating items and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery department.
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
