The Grocery Category Manager (GCM) provides category management services for the Co-op's Grocery Departments, including grocery, dairy, frozen, bulk, beer, and wine. This role is responsible for directing the creation and implementation of grocery pricing strategies, promotions, and product mix while ensuring strong financial performance. The position is highly data-driven and requires expertise in grocery systems, data analysis, and category management. The GCM will also serve as a member of the Co-op leadership team and will report to the CEO/General Manager, and works closely with department managers and the center-store Merchandising Manager (MM).
