Requirements

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work the hours required to meet company objectives, including non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
  • Acquire and share knowledge of the Grocery Department.
  • Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
  • Work as a team to complete daily tasks including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
  • Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
  • Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
