Union Tank Car Company is seeking applicants to become a new employee at our full-service rail tank car repair shop in Altoona, Pennsylvania to assist in various departments as needed by plant production. We are looking for a qualified 3rd shift Grinder. Pay range of $24.25-$25.25, with an additional $1.50 per hour when working 3rd shift. Training for this position will take place on 1st shift (4:00am-12:30pm). You will perform a variety of work and utilize various equipment and technology including air arc cutting torches, grinding tools, I Pads, etc.
