Staffmark is hiring an experienced Grinder Operator to join our client's team in South Gate, CA. As a Grinder Operator, you will perform final surface inspections and conditioning of forged parts prior to shipment. Responsibilities include operating hand grinding machines, identifying defects or malfunctions, replacing grinding wheels or parts, and ensuring all components meet quality standards by removing burrs, rust, sharp edges, or scale. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of grinding or related experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe boots required
