Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Shop math skills and attention to detail
Basic blueprint reading skills
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow

Nice To Haves

Technical school or shop experience a plus

Responsibilities

Grind synthetic diamond material to create high-precision cutting tools.
Monitor machines and make fine adjustments to achieve exact dimensions and surface finishes.
Perform shop math (standard and metric) to calculate dimensions.
Inspect each tool using optical comparators and precision gauges to ensure top quality.
Verify finished parts to meet customer print specifications.
Maintain safety, quality, and production standards using proper tools and procedures.
