What You’ll Do: As a Grille Shift Supervisor, you’ll take charge of our in-store food service program, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include: Create a Welcoming Experience: Greet and assist guests while responding quickly to their needs and preferences. Run the Show: Oversee the daily operations of the food program, including food prep, cooking, and customer orders. Keep it Clean and Safe: Enforce sanitation and safety procedures in all food service areas. Manage Records: Maintain daily food production, cooler temperature logs, and inventory tracking. Train and Support: Guide and train new and current team members to maintain consistency, safety, and quality. Customer-Focused: Respond to feedback and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Team-Oriented: Work alongside your team to maintain cleanliness, product rotation, and overall store standards. Prep with Purpose: Prepare food for multiple areas, including the Grille, hot box, and catering needs. Maintain Company Standards: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and store appearance expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a team-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
  • ServSafe certification preferred—or willingness to earn it.
